Cancellation Policy
Appointment Grace Period: Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period for marketing consultations. If you arrive beyond this timeframe, the appointment will be considered canceled. Booking Fee: The booking fee paid at the time of scheduling your marketing consultation will be applied toward any service you choose to engage with us. This ensures that your initial investment contributes directly to your future marketing efforts. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Non-Refundable Fee: If no service is selected post-consultation, the booking fee is non-refundable. This policy supports the preparation and professional advice provided during the consultation, ensuring that our expertise and time are respected.
